Sample Course Content: Preparing and filleting flat and round fish, preparing shellfish, squid preparation, cooking a fresh Lobster, making fish stock and Lobster bisque. 
Sample dishes prepared and cooked on the day: Fish Goujons, Bouillabaisse, Trout with Ceps, Salt and Pepper Squid, Salmon Salsa Verde, Italian breaded baked fish, Moules Mariniere, Prawns Buzara,
Crab tarts with Garlic, Hot tea smoked Trout.
