Sample dishes prepared and cooked on the day: Fish Goujons, Bouillabaisse, Salt and Pepper Squid, Salmon Salsa Verde, Italian breaded baked fish, Moules Mariniere, Prawns Buzara,
Crab tarts with Garlic, Hot tea smoked Trout.
