Each course at Cheshire Cooks focuses on a set of ingredients, techniques or dishes that you can then use and experiment with in your own kitchen.
They are taught as half, one or two day classes at our Culinary School in Cheshire, in small groups by professional chefs who will help you develop the tools to translate your love of food into imaginative cuisine. As part of the course, you will be given your own Cheshire Cooks recipe folder, which will include the techniques and tips covered in your course.
