Staying in is the new ‘going out’!
We all love to entertain whether that is to spoil our friends, impress the in-laws or have a romantic dinner with a loved one. It’s great, too to want to create something you have seen on the TV to impress your guests, but it can be very stressful cooking a 3 course meal if you have never done it before. Pam will give you a step by step instructions on how to achieve success with a tasty 3-course menu in a session that will give you confidence to produce a mouth-watering meal at home and still allow you to play host!
10.00am Course start
3.00pm A sociable lunch with the dishes you have produced (with a glass or two of wine!)
4.30pm Course ends

Hot Smoked Salmon and Haddock Fishcake
Homemade Tartar Sauce
One Pot Lemon and Herb Lamb
In addition, there will be demonstrations on how to prepare a mousse, make French toast, knife skills and frying.
