If you love the idea of cooking fresh, balanced meals, but have never had the opportunity to learn, or if you just want to brush up on some basic kitchen skills, this fun, full day course is the one for you. It will teach you how to cook delicious dishes for your family and friends… and the basic cookery techniques can be easily transferred, giving you the confidence to experiment with other dishes in your own kitchen. So, roll up your sleeves and dive into a broad range of skills and techniques, including fish preparation, desserts and bread making.

9.45am    Arrival
10.00am  Course start
12.30pm  A sociable lunch with the dishes that you have prepared (including a glass or two of wine!)
1.30pm    Course recommences
4.30pm    Course ends

Dishes prepared:
Day 1
Twice Baked Cheshire and Parmesan Cheese Soufflé
Seared Scallops, Chorizo and Serrano Ham Crisps
Madagascar Vanilla Pannacotta

In addition, there will be demonstrations on knife skills, shellfish preparation, basic dessert techniques and bread making.
