Each one or two day course at Cheshire Cooks is designed to provide you with all the skills you need to translate your love of food into imaginative cuisine. As part of a small group you will spend a fascinating day cooking dishes designed to be easily created in your own kitchen using your cookery school folder which is full of recipes, skills and techniques covered on your course.

Cheshire Cooks are running a new Italian Bread Course in May!
Running on Friday 17th May from 10am-4:30pm, this fantastic new course will teach you all you knead to know about Italian bread making! You will be given the opportunity to create full flavoured, rich textured breads using authentic ingredients.
